daq18
Hi There Everyone I am planning to apply to dal medicine next year 2011, my GPA in nursing is 3.8-3.9 (depending on the year). I'll be writing my MCAT in the summer of 2011. I was wondering if there is anyone on this forum who has gone from nursing to medicine, and if they have any advice for the transition process. Thanks
astudentis
we have a few relatively experienced nurses in our class, they seem to be doing just as well as everybody else
Madz25
Sorry, dont have any advice but just like to say that we have 2 students in my class that went from nursing to medicine. So it's definitely possible to go that route at Dalhousie!
itimebomb2
not exactly what most would consider a "non-trad" route to medicine, unless you've been working as a nurse for a number of years....
