xvidkid
Hey guys, im a first year business major and I just had a few questions about applying to U.S schools. What kind of stats are considered competitive ( GPA, MCAT)for Canadians applying to the states? Also being non science major, will they weigh my science gpa higher than my cumulative? Thanks a lot
Cyradis
They don't necessarily weight science GPA MORE per se, but they do calculate your science and cumulative GPAs separately - both will appear. What tier schools are you interested in?
xvidkid
Well, im not really sure what the differences are between the lower, mid and upper tier schools are besides the obvious. Im guessing funding and quality of instruction are probably the big ones? Honestly I think I would be looking to apply broadly and making sure I get accepted somewhere. So basically anywhere (Mid tier most likely). Any input would be greatly appreciated.
