I'm a meds07 grad that loved the Oakpark area so much that we held on to a couple of townhouses that we now rent out. We have the following available: 1) Two rooms for rent in an all female 4 Bdrm townhouse available 1 July. $500 and $550/mo plus utilities. 2) Spacious 3+1 bedroom townhouse finished on three floors available 1 Oct $2100/mo plus utilities. Both are ideally located in the Freedom Private/Oakpark area about 500 meters from CHEO/OGH and RGN. The townhouses are just a few years old and are in great shape.
