Whats the earliest date which I can apply if I want to get in for the Fall 2011 semester? The US is rolling admission, meaning, the earlier you apply, the earlier you are reviewed, and the higher your chances for acceptance. Posted June 24, 2010 Report Share Posted June 24, 2010 Ooi from Brazil, Just wondering if you folks know what the deal is regarding VISAS. this year around I am applying to nearly 15 schools which I have pulled off of this forum BUT, the problem is they all request for Visas... do I have to have a visa before my application can be considered complete...
