Content Review

Speaking from personal experience. I guess you can try some practice tests while reviewing, just so you will have a better idea of what your strengths and weaknesses are, and so you can focus on improving whatever you aren't clear on.

I think it's a good idea to do some practice tests in between your content review. It's always great motivation receiving a terrible score, then you know you really have to kick things up a notch. If you are just reviewing content, you may fall into complacency and become content with your study habits. This is ok if you're already studying vigorously, but can put you into a bind if you're not giving it your best effort.

Your choice also depends on how many practice tests you have. If you are studying solely with the AAMC tests, then I would spread them out further. However, if you're using Kaplan tests or TPR tests as well, then I would suggest doing more.
