Born in the US, lived 25 years in Canada, dual citizen. Heading into 2nd year medicine at UBC IMP. (Loving it) Considering working in the USA following residency. Should I do residency in the USA? If I do a Canadian residency do I just need to write the USMLE at some point in order to be able to work in the USA? Can the USMLE steps be completed at a later date (post graduation), or must they be done during my training? any advice would be much appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
