I talked to Carolyn, and she said that descriptions were only necessary if the title wasn't self explanatory... So for TA positions, for example, i just put Lab TA for _____.... Yeah you can have a little bit of a description, probably something similar to OMSAS I'm guessing. Last year I listened to Carolyn and put nothing, but I don't think that's a good idea because even if it is self-explanatory you can at least write something about what you learned/achieved.
