OOP GPA <3.60 - worth applying?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know your thoughts about whether or not it is worth applying to U of C Med this year given the following:

My GPA is lower than 3.60 which they indicate on their website to be the "minimum GPA for consideration." The result of the OOP formula is then lower than 450 which according to this forum seems to be the competitive score.

I'm guessing they don't look at my activities at this point. Am I right?

I'm leaning towards not applying to U of C but wanted some input before I let go.

Thanks so much!

Enter your best 2 year GPA into the formula.

But yeah if your two year GPA is lower than 3.60 then you should not apply. They will not consider you.
