Too late to apply?

Hey

In August, I studied for the MCAT, thinking that I could improve on my score.

Instead, my MCAT score dropped, and MY GPA stands ~3.80.

I have finished my secondaries for mid-tier schools by the end of September, and still waiting on one reference letter from my lab supervisor.

 

I thought if I did really well on my MCAT, I could have a shot at pretty good schools like Columbia (33R 1st time; 30T second time), but do you think it would be totally pointless for me to apply to Columbia at this point?

 

I also still have Wayne State and Emory left to do. Their average scores doesn't seem too out of my reach. Is it too late for me to apply to these?
