irsr Posted October 26, 2010 Report Share Posted October 26, 2010 Has anyone had problem logging into CASPer after signing up for their time slot? I signed up successfully for my test, but since then there have been occasions where the website didn't let me login saying that I entered the wrong information, then 1 hour or so later when I tried again it would let me login with the exact same username and password. I have already ran the pre-test which went well, but at the moment when I try to login again to run the pre-test for another browser the system doesn't allow me to sign in. I'm worried that tomorrow when I actually have to sign in to do my test, I'll have the same problem. Any thoughts? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Stahs Posted October 27, 2010 Report Share Posted October 27, 2010 There are two casper websites and you were assigned one in the email with your password info. You are either in group A or B. I don't know how they split it but I personally got B. You have to log in to the correct website and attempting to log in to the other won't work (I just tested this myself). The websites differ by the last letter which is either A or B. http://www.casperworld.ca/caspera http://www.casperworld.ca/casperb This might be your issue, good luck! I'm supposed to use the "b" website, but I've been trying to login on the "a" website. Phew! I was so worried about this and was planning on calling CASPer tomorrow morning. I can sleep now.
