missmathematics18
A lot of people I have talked to say they increased their VR by reading a ton of books......so what kind of books? Generally good literature? If anyone has some titles that would be great!
thehumanmacbook
Not necessarily books...opinion pieces in the paper, editorials, philosophy papers, sociology, history, etc. There are multiple journals of each out there or you can really just google scholar them. The main point well...ironically....is to learn how to get to the main point of the article. Regardless of whether they are science articles or not. PastaInhaler
Read The Economist, it's supposed to help. It provides a high level of writing. You could also randomly pick articles and journals from the social sciences and humanities, since most science students have less exposure to those subjects.
