I just stumbled upon this forum while looking for some way to reach medical students at the Foothills/U of C. I have a really lovely furnished 1 bedroom basement suite in Parkdale, which will be available Sept - April for the next 3 years. The renter upstairs, who has lived there for 5 years would like to have a male renter (EDIT: or female, she says now). I own the house, and have fixed it up for myself, but am off to work on a PhD in NY.
