I know you can't defer in the traditional sense, but I *thought* that the criteria were different for LiM? Wondering is anyone has any experience here. I'd be incredibly shocked if you couldn't join LiM and defer through that program. I have no direct experience but I know the LiM director and he's a reasonable guy, even if it required flexing the rules slightly I'm pretty sure Dr. Beck would make things work for ya. MicrobiologyMan Posted May 16, 2011 Report Share Posted May 16, 2011 As long as you are in a graduate program currently or were accepted to one as well as med (off the waitlist doesn't matter) then you will be able to be in the LiM program and once a member you will be able to chose how you want to build your program, including which med class you will start with.
