List of verbal reasoning subjects/topics tested

Officially there are three categories, (1) humanities, (2) social sciences and (3) natural sciences. Basically these three categories narrow possible subjects to basically anything you can think of. I've seen passages on ancient religion, church architecture, feminism, lightning, evolution, greek sculptures etc. Don't try and figure out what you need to familiarize yourself with because that is the wrong way to think about it. Everything is in the passage, either within the lines or between them.

Yeah it really isn't about knowing background info of the content of the passage... its about about thinking strategically of what you've read and applying it to new scenarios, as well as understand the tone of what you're reading.
