calculating gpa

Recommended Posts

In the application manual http://www.ucalgary.ca/mdprogram/files/mdprogram/Applican%20Manual%202010_2011.pdf there are 2 ways of calculating GPA for calgary--one using letter grades and the other using percent grades. which method do you use if you have both letters and percentages on your transcripts?

thanks:)

also, are you ranked on only your 2 best years gpa or cGPA?

Best two years for IP and/or the OOP calculation are used to determine if there is a full file review. If there is a full file review, the complete record is examined and a score is given (as tnfifn says). The score is subjective but certain things are looked for, such as trends, full time gpa etc.
