chd2011
Hi I am a foreign medical student who studied half of medicine in my country (my previous university was one of the best in Asia and is accredited by US). Here I took 2 years undergrad courses with a GPA of 3.82 (I got transfer credit for the other courses.) My MCAT breakdown is: Biology 14, VR 6, PS 12 , Writing M ==> 32M My English turned out to be a barrier for VR and writing and affected my mcat significantly... do you see any chances? Please note that I don't have US permanent residency and I am considered as a FOREIGN STUDENT (NOT OUT OF STATE) I really appreciate your responses as I have no experience about US schools... Kyleh
You might be okay for D.O schools. The 6 in Verbal for MD schools would definitely not work in your favour.
