medapp1991 Posted July 5, 2012 Report Share Posted July 5, 2012 I just sent mine to the address of the admissions office (on the front of the envelope with your acceptance letter in it). If you threw that out I'm sure you could find it online somewhere. Also, on the front of the envelope I mailed I wrote "ATTN: Gillian Schiable" because she takes care of the police checks.
