However, if I feel that I need to rewrite after finishing the MCAT, would I still be able to secure a spot to write in August or September? or would all the spots be filled by June 20th 2013?? Well if you're willing to travel to a different city then maybe... but regardless, you still might not find a seat. Why don't you just push your date later, to say.. July or something? FrenchToast Posted February 13, 2013 Report Share Posted February 13, 2013 You just need to wait till around 2 weeks before, or whatever the deadline is to cancel (check online). I switched mine from Sept 1 to Aug 16 last year. You need to be persistent and stalk the website, but it's definitely (more than) possible. If you're in a small city it may be challenging because there are fewer spots in general, but I know in Toronto it wasn't a problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
