I know there is already a thread about this topic but some schools have changed their policies recently (ie: need US permanent residence to be considered). I am 100% Canadian with no US green-card whatsoever. 2) I know the US schools have a rolling-application process. Does that mean I apply in June of 3rd year university? Thanks!!!
