McMasterHopeful
I don't know a soul in Hamilton but would like to find a work out partner. I will be training cardio with Insanity unless someone has a more interesting alternative. I've never done Crossfit but my former employer got totally ripped at 53 and swears by it. I am open. I want to combine one of these with weight training for strength. You don't need to be in great or even good shape just have a desire. Even if you are a total noobie that's fine. MedicalIronman
I am a CrossFit instructor and I highly recommend it. It doesn't take much time (less than an hour) and the workout is incredible. One of the best things is the friendships that you will form as you go on your quest for fitness. The support structure is unlike anything you will get from the gym. McMasterHopeful
Yeah it looks awesome. Is this something you can train outside or in your home or do you need to be at a facility? I like the Insanity series for the simplicity. 700Cal in 45 minutes from your living room (and without equipment) is hard to beat.
jock2doc
I've been training at a crossfit gym since February of 2012. I love it and could never see myself training on my own again.
