s5260205 Posted August 2, 2013 Report Share Posted August 2, 2013 I believe cancelling before a deadline would refund a portion of the testing fee. There wouldn't be any consequence if you don't show up. I would highly suggest you going to the exam though. Since you've already paid the fee and you can always have your exam not scored, it doesn't hurt to give it a try or at least feel how actual MCAT is like.
