From OMSAS manual: Graduate candidates who are registered in (or have recently completed) a master’s or doctoral degree are allowed to apply to the MD program provided that they meet the eligibility requirements, including the successful completion of the necessary prerequisites (sciences/humanities). These applications will be assessed like all other applications, based on the candidate’s academic work during the undergraduate studies, autobiographical sketch and interview performance.
