Prerequisites - Quebec applicants

I have several questions regarding the prerequisites for CEGEP applicants.

 

1. If I believe I've completed all the prerequisites in CEGEP, would the completed section simply look like the following?

 

B: see cegep transcript

H: see cegep transcript

C: see cegep transcript

O: see cegep transcript

Y: see cegep transcript

 

 

2. For biochemistry, the biology courses taken in CEGEP consisted of many subtopics such as biochem, would they be considered valid prereqs? If so, should I included the course number, or how I wrote it above is fine based on their example?
