badjay Posted October 1, 2013 Report Share Posted October 1, 2013 Hi all, Does anyone know what policy Ottawa follows under the circumstance of somebody not submitting all three references on time? I am missing one of my references (hasn't arrived at OMSAS yet) and I am scared that Ottawa does not process a candidate's application without having all documents by October 1st. I know that McMaster for example doesn't worry about references until November 1st...but what about Ottawa?! Can anyone provide me some insight?
