vcklo
Has anyone had an interview here and would like to share their experience? I'm scheduled for Nov 1, and it'll be my first time interviewing in the States.
HilaryH
I've been thinking about applying there next year. Would you mind sharing your stats so that I know what is competitive for a Cdn applicant?
KineticChaos
I interviewed at MSU (Grand Rapids campus) last week. The day was long (7:45am-5pm) but stress-free. The MMI was actually enjoyable - the evaluators were all engaging and friendly. The student interview was brief (~20 min) and casual. There's also a team building exercise and introduction of yourself during the day. At lunch, you sit with 2 current med students who are also friendly and answer any questions you have. Overall, I had a great impression of the school. They also seem to have a quick turn around time for giving you an answer about acceptance (several current students told me they found out within 2 weeks). Hope this helps. Good luck on your interview.
