Chances at DO?

Recommended Posts

Based on your breakdown, chances are pretty low at MSU. Given your masters and productivity you'll have a solid shot at an SMP program such as RFU or elsewhere that has strong linkages with their MD schools. What are your ECs like?

If you completed another year of undergrad, you can qualify for western and queens.

Thanks for the response.

Do the schools not take into account trends? I was reading MSU and they stated "most important are science courses taken in jr/sr years of undergrad"

My GPA trends as following:

Yr1: 2.42

Yr2: 3.1

Yr3: 3.63

Yr4: 4

With regard to ECs; I have some short time commitments, nothing crazy, including volunteering, sports, teaching.
