advair250
Based on your breakdown, chances are pretty low at MSU. Given your masters and productivity you'll have a solid shot at an SMP program such as RFU or elsewhere that has strong linkages with their MD schools. What are your ECs like? If you completed another year of undergrad, you can qualify for western and queens.

I was reading MSU and they stated "most important are science courses taken in jr/sr years of undergrad" My GPA trends as following: Yr1: 2.42 Yr2: 3.1 Yr3: 3.63 Yr4: 4 With regard to ECs; I have some short time commitments, nothing crazy, including volunteering, sports, teaching. advair250
Yes schools do take into account trends, but assuming your pre-reqs were done in the first two years, you probably have some poor marks. They will however look at upper level courses. It is worth a try.

advair250
Are you currently in 4th year? Take an extra year to go for MSU - i've heard they have a good Canadian program. I'd prepare for an MCAT retake too when the 2015 mcat comes..
