If you have enough courses that meet the minimum already without counting that class which you deferred your exam, then it doesn't matter. If you don't, then your acceptance might get revoked since you haven't completed enough classes by May or June I think. That course with the deferred exam won't be counted as completed by the time acceptances come out unless your deferred exams happen right in May. They check your transcript to see you've completed enough classes and kept above the minimum GPA.
