I requested McGill to send it on may 22nd. Thanks! Also, I didn't send the amcas form with it but all the mail info is correct...should i request another one with the transcript? MJG253 Posted June 5, 2014 Report Share Posted June 5, 2014 haha whoa I just experienced the exact same thing! I ordered mine from McGill on May 20th without the form, and it was just received today.
