U.S. Schools with NO English requirement?

Does anyone else have a list of Canadian friendly US MD or DO schools which do not require college English, or are willing to accept "writing intensive" courses to waive this requirement? I've got a short list of US MD schools (based on MSAR) that fit the bill, but I'm wondering if anyone has any more to add/has any personal experience getting a school to waive the English requirement. Based on the College Information Book from AACOM, looks like all the DO schools require English; does anyone know if any schools will waive this requirement for Canadian students?
