Look at the school's individual mission on their website and try to come up with a parallel in your career/life goals that would make you a good fit for that school. So if it's a specific research-intensive school, bring up your research interests and how they have programs which may suit you well there and aren't necessarily found locally for you. The larger hospitals and different advantages of health care systems. Why not say you like adventure and gain experience in a different country?
