I was wondering whether anyone who has purchased any crack the dat software has had experience with transferring it to a new computer. There's a warranty/insurance application form on the crack the dat website but I'm not exactly sure how that's supposed to work (ie. do you have to pay money to transfer?) I emailed the company and I think there was a fee for them to transfer it to a different computer. I can't remember how much the fee was though. I contacted them and they notified me that there is a $70 fee to transfer the program to a new computer, which they did reduce to $45 for me. It wasn't that big of a struggle and they were quite quick at responding. In regards to Fitzy comment about using a Canadian Resource. I highly disagree. I found CDP to be a great aid in my preparation and would highly recommend it for students starting to practice the PAT.
