HorseSpotter
Hey everyone, I was wondering if someone could tell me what the required "Program Monitor Form" for the University of Saskatchewan is. They don't really give an explanation on their website. I emailed them, but I figured I'd ask here as well. Thanks!
TropicalFish
I asked them a few weeks ago and this was the reply: "Applicants are required to submit a Program Monitor Form (or its equivalent) completed and signed by an academic advisor for the degree program that they are registered to verify courses completed and courses to be completed to meet the degree requirements. This form/letter must be sent directly from your university. A letter from your counsellor confirming you are working towards a degree would be sufficient." I got my university to send a letter stating that if i successfully completed all the courses that I'm registered in I would graduate with X degree in June 2016. PAWS also states that they've received my PMF so I'm guessing this was sufficient.
