  1. Nope, sorry, but an MD degree in Canada is considered a Doctorate of Medicine. If someone only did their 4 years of med school, yes that would be considered an undergraduate degree. But after graduating and getting your MD, you must go thru POST-GRADUATE training (aka residency) to get a license to practice. And thus, overall an MD is considered a doctorate.
  2. Seems from the looks of it I must be the lowest cGPA accepted...3.58 :S lol. Someone up there likes me
  3. I'm an in-province resident completing my B.Sc degree in Microbiology & Immunology at McGill University. My cGPA was (3.58/4.0) and my MCAT scores were: Physical Sciences: (14) Verbal: (10) Biological Sciences: (12) Written Sample: (O) Extracurricular activities: 2 years volunteering with Saint John Ambulance, Summer STEP Program at the Royal Victoria Hospital, VP Communications for student association. I was Accepted by McGill. This is my first time applying to this school. Of all the schools I applied to, I'd like to attend McGill most. HURRRRAYYY!!! PS: Hope this helps anyone with fears of their cGPA being too low
