Well I know that they into account ALL the grades, undergraduate + graduate. But not sure what is the 'real' cutoff.

You are absolutely right. However, what I meant was, you have your GPA but was I wondering if you calculated your numerical % since I am assuming that his how U of T looks at your mark, unless it's school dependent. So I guess I am asking if you know about that at the same time.

Why I say that is because if your school gives grades on your transcript in numerical % then that is what you should be calculating since it is more forgiving than when converting to GPA.

Apply broadly.  If you're willing to move provinces, there's plenty of places.  UBC for one I know takes all your credits.  Not entirely sure how the system works, but they seem holistic.

If you ask me, if you are willing to move provinces, the lack of PCAT requirement will help you since it means there's less for you to worry and stress about since you haven't done it yet; plenty of schools no longer have PCAT requirements.  UofA will have the PharmD program soon.
