Vulnerable Clientele Details On Police Check?

Recommended Posts

I've been out of the country and so just started filling mine out right now, but am unsure about how to fill out a few of the sections, i.e. employment vs volunteer, position and especially "vulnerable clientele details". For the first two, I've assumed "volunteer" and "medical student", but not sure about the last one, especially as the description indicates that it "should include how you will be interacting with the clientele AND include their age range."

How did you all fill this out? I would really appreciate your help (and soon ... less than 6 weeks remain till July 1st, my oh my time goes by quick  :o ). Thanks in advance!

Do what ralk said. And where you selected 'volunteer' from the list of options, put 'unpaid placement' instead.

You will be a medical student (not a volunteer) working in a healthcare setting in a supervised capacity with people of all ages. Be broad, be vague, they don't care that much about the details.

Thanks!

There isn't an option for that, not on this form anyway. So, employment then?

What are the other available options? lol

There are literally two options, haha, employment or volunteer. The employment option costs more than volunteer too (although both are of course just a fraction of that tuition cost...)

Hmm... there's usually an education option. Well, you're not getting paid, so I'd go for volunteer and/or ask for clarification from the station.
