futuredoc28
Hi everybody! I had a questions about taking notes in medical school. During undergrad, I would print out the powerpoint slides before class (6 slides per page) and take my notes directly onto the slides by hand. However, I heard that in medical school there are way too many notes to make it feasible printing out all of the slides and taking notes by hand. Thus, I was wondering if you guys had an input on how to take notes. Do most people use tablets to directly annotate onto the slides or do most people simply type their notes (ie in powerpoint or word)? Also, does anyone have any tips on how to ease the transition from taking notes by hand to taking notes electronically? Thanks!!!!!!!
freewheeler
People do both. You will have plenty of time to figure this out. People tend to use OneNote either on their laptop or tablet. Other similar programs are used as well.
