HopefulDDS Posted February 11, 2019 Report Share Posted February 11, 2019 The MCAT has absolutely no baring on dental admissions. If anything, it shows that dentistry may not be your priority. Also, taking the MCAT is not an EC... it's taking a test. ECs are very school dependent. Some schools assess ECs minimally or not at all, and some schools weigh it heavily and really want to see that you are well rounded. You can research each school to find out what they care about.
