The rooms are being rented at 300-400 dollars each + utilities. The living room/kitchen area is fully furnished (complete with big screen TV). The house is located in Hawkwood (NW calgary) so it is within a 10-15 minute drive to the foothills and it's located close to shopping. It's also a really nice quiet neighborhood.
