I just bought a 2-bdrm condo apartment on the corner of Bay and Wellington (about a 10-15 minute walk to KGH, so I've been told) and I am looking for a roommate for the upcoming year. The bedroom is fairly large (9'4X15'1) with its own ensuite bath. The condo has its own in-suite laundry, as well as a balcony with a partial waterview. There is also a common mini gym, games room, hot tub, and sauna. I am asking for $600/month. I am looking for a female roommate (ideally entering first year, but I am not picky) who is reasonable clean, and knows how and when to work hard, and how and when to relax and have fun. I am also planning on driving back to Hamilton hopefully once a month, so if you live in the GTA and hope on going home often, the commute together would be convenient.
