There is Bell Sympatico high speed as well, although availability - as always - depends on which area you're in.

Has anyone used the Cogeco "Digital Phone" service? Apparently they offer unlimited calling in Canada... Is the quality of the line good? (My dad has VoIP from some other company & the few times I've used it to call long distance, the quality's been kinda shady...)

We have cogeco digital phone, and it seems to be pretty good. Every now and again there's a little static on the line, but that could have been our phone handset. Plus it's a lot cheaper than regular phone, esp if you call long-distance alot.

Just a heads up... if you download the internet telephony program "Skype", then you can dial from your computer to a land line for free until the end of the year (as long as you have a microphone)!
