WS Remarked

Hi, I meet all of Queen's cut-offs except the WS (I have an N while the cut-off is O). I have submitted to OMSAS to have my WS remarked (way back in October). I just contacted them and they replied the results should be in mid-January. If I should receive a higher WS mark, will I still be able to get a interview or will Queens already have sent out the rejection and interview notices?
