It has a copy of what's up doc, MD Management Information, Financial Planning Info and various forms for Queen's and OMA Registration. From my perusal of the information, it may be a good idea to start looking into your vaccination records - DPT, RMM - from your family doctor, as we may need proof of vaccination to start observerships.
