Guest Nick1983
The electronic configuration of a particular neutral atom is 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p2. The number of upaired electrons in this atom is? The CDA test answer says 3... I thought it was 2. Can somebody explain this? Also, the practice test that they gave was pretty easy, am I going to get screwed over by the real thing???
Guest omizu
I think you're right, the answer is 2 unpaired electrons. Explanation: the CDA answer is wrong. I also think you will find the real deal more challenging than the practice test in the CDA booklet. I did.
Guest Nick1983
Thanks. You guys were all right about the carving, it's much more challenging than I had anticipated!
Guest wishywish82
I found I dropped 2-3 points from where I was in the CDA diagnostic test. And carving I got royally messed on.
