I'm not sure who I should ask to write those letters for me, I know it should be someone who knows me well. I'm thinking of asking my high school teacher + research supervisor to write two of the letters. Both know me very well. However, I'm not sure who to ask as my 3rd reference. Another person who knows me well is another research supervisor of mine ( a different research lab). However, I'm not sure if that would make it too academic ( 2 research supervisors and 1 teacher), or whether I should ask someone non-academic to write the 3rd ref. letter. Any suggestions?
