The symposium will be held on Saturday May 28th, from 10:00 AM to 3:15 PM EST. This event aims to increase awareness about, and challenge, the stigma associated with substance use disorders. The theme for the symposium this year will be a Harm Reduction Approach to Substance Use. There will be a keynote speech, workshops to choose from throughout the conference, and finally a Q&A panel focused on safer supply services. These events will be delivered by various individuals working in addiction medicine, including individuals who have personal experiences with substance use. There will also be a raffle where participants could win one of two $25 gift cards. If interested, below are the links to our Facebook page, website, and registration form for attendees.
