Guest desperate applicant
Hey i don't know about OAC english but I have IB english from high school and got credit for it at university (it's on my university transcript)...and i'm using that as my english requirement. I think most american dental schools will accept it. But i guess it's always safe to give 'em a call. Sorry i couldn't be more help.

Guest Tonick
Contact each school directly. If they don't answer emails, just call them.
Guest toothy1985
hi, does grade 12 english meet the requirements? I was the double cohort year when the grade 13 option was eliminated, i am so worried.
Guest Tonick
I really don't think so, most schools I'm applying to take even the OAC English with hesitation, so Gr. 12 would be out of the question. Don't worry though, there are many U.S schools that don't have an English requirement, and there are some that have the requirement but will allow you to substitute a University Level humanities/social science course that is writing intensive. Don't sweat it.
