Guest Bia UT Posted August 22, 2005 Report Share Posted August 22, 2005 Hello everyone I was confused about wether one has to apply to med school AFTER completing three years, or is it possible to apply whileee in the third year. You se due to some transfer credits...i would have completed only 13.5 credits in April of the year i plan to apply! It takes 15 credits for a complete 3 years! Can i apply that november..or do i hafta complete those 15 credits and THEN apply, keeping in mind that i want to apply at the earliest Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Tonick Posted August 24, 2005 Report Share Posted August 24, 2005 You can apply during your 3rd year as long as you have completed all prerequisite courses within a schedule that includes a full course load (15 credits must be completed by the end of the 3 years not including summers). Guest Bia UT Posted August 26, 2005 Report Share Posted August 26, 2005 Oh...so you mean that NONE of the summer courses are considered by universities...So...the courses TAKEN in summer would also not apply to the GPA they wuld be calculating.
