If you didn't have biology from elsewhere to fill it in, I would call the admissions office or then worry about taking a silly bio class during the summer to complete your defiency. They told me not to include my English AP credit when filling in courses, because they can't calculate a GPA if you don't have a grade for the course. Basically, since it's on my transcript, they can see that I've received credit for the courses, and it should still count. However, I'm in a different situation from you, because English is not a pre-req for U of Ottawa, whereas Biology is. I would e-mail/phone U of Ottawa specifically (not OMSAS) and ask them.
