Guest leafs123 Posted September 25, 2005 Report Share Posted September 25, 2005 hey guys i was under the impression that ottawa's wgpa cut-off last year was a 3.83 but somebody else mentioned on the forum that it was actually 3.87. Can somebody confirm this?
