For example, a BC high school graduate goes to McMaster to study and come back to apply UBC medical school, is she an IP applicant or an OOP applicant? Many thanks in advance. I found the answer on the official site: https://mdprogram.med.ubc.ca/admissions/before-you-apply/admission-requirements/ Basically you need to have BC services card. BC kids studying out of the province full time can continue hold BC services card so when apply at UBC medical school, will be considered as IP applicant.
